Peach Cobbler in a Mug
1 Tbl. butter (I use Smart Balance)
2 Tbl. brown sugar, not packed
2 Tbl. flour
2 Tbl. milk
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 peach, peeled and sliced
Microwave butter in a mug until melted. Add brown sugar, flour, milk, baking powder, and cinnamon to mug. Stir, then add peaches on top of batter. Do not stir. Cook for 2 minutes in microwave at 70% power. Remove and let stand until cool enough to eat.
Add some vanilla ice cream to help cool it down! Enjoy!

oh wow- this sounds so yummy (and easy!) definitely going to have to try this one!
Did you make this up? Did you ever try it with apples?
I didn't make this up but can't remember where I found it. I haven't tried apples yet, but please let me know if you do!
omg sooo good i tried it and luv it thx!
I did this with canned peaches and loved it! Our oven isn't working at the moment so we have the option of making this in the crock pot or microwave. I like microwave cause its faster and I can put it in my pregnant belly sooner.
